Saturn transits to the Moon

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. For every boom, there is a bust. And for every gluttonous free-for-all, there is a strict rationing of food. If Jupiter transits to the Moon celebrate the intake of food with a devil-may-care attitude, Saturn transits induce the opposite behavior and feelings. Saturn transits to the Moon can be a time when one becomes austere, judgmental, and even punitive about one's body and one's diet. To amplify and personify a Saturn transit to the Moon, it evokes the image of the love-starved, anemic teenager who starves herself to become the waif. From a physiological standpoint, Saturn transits to the Moon can darken and ashen the body. A natural glow diminishes, skin tone becomes more pale, dark circles appear under the eyes, and one appears more gaunt. Energy levels can begin to slow down, and it may be hard to motivate the body at this time. It is important to watch particular foods at this time. There is certainly a susceptibility to depression under major Saturn-Moon transits, and particular foods matching the right temperaments can spell difficulty, if not disaster. It might be advisable to see a nutritionist at this time to support one's diet with additional supplements and vitamins.

Uranus transits to the Moon

The body is many things. It is the seat of the soul. It gets us from here to there. It tells us when we are in pain or feeling pleasure. It is also an incredibly complex and intricate organism that is untapped in terms of its potentials and possibilities. Under Uranus transits the need to change things up and explore new avenues is quite high, so the body itself can become the playground for Uranus's knack for experimentation and discovery.

The caveat with an important Uranus transit to the Moon is that the body can only undergo so much change so fast. The body is nearly synonymous with instincts and habits, but Uranus is antagonistic to remaining fixed. Thus, the great ideas that Uranus transits can engender can be fun and creative, but the body has its own type of wisdom, and, in the long run, can reject the experimentations if it feels like it goes against the instincts and long-term conditioning.

A Uranus transit can get us really in tune with our bodies like never before, but it can also takes us completely out of the body. The caution here is not to turn your body into a laboratory. This is particularly true if one experiences a Uranus transit to the Moon relatively young. There can be a way in which one gets pretty carried away with all the range and diversity of feeling states that the body can produce by putting all sorts of different chemicals, etc., into it. These highs can be extraordinarily fun and exhilarating, but the body is not a computer and takes a different type of care.
