We can look at the Beatles
as the carriers of the immense creativity and the amazing growth and transformation
that collectively cultures experienced in the 1960's.

If we look at the planetary
alignments in the 1960's, we see that the Beatles very much embody this archetypal
process. The various inflections of the Pluto-Uranus
conjunction by aspects to Saturn and
Jupiter are perfectly reflected by the growth that the Beatles experienced
as a band. |

The Beatles would experience
the beginning of their success in 1962. During 1962, when Jupiter oppossed
the Pluto-Uranus Conjunction, the Beatles went from relative obscurity to
super-stardom. It was during this short one-year period that Ringo joined
the band, they first collaborated with George Martin, released their first
single, and had their first # 1 hit. Certainly this meteoric rise to fame
corresponds to Jupiter's capacity to elevate, expand, and grant success.
After the Height of Beatlemania
began to subside in 1965, we witness a pretty dramatic change in the Beatles'
approach to music and the craft of song-writing. Lyrics began to be more
introspective, subject matter turned to the darker side of love and life,
and the constant bright, jingle-jangle of early hits was exchanged for folkish
melancholy and minor chords.

| The Beatles mature as master songwriters in 1965-66. |

Songs such as "You've
Got
to Hide Your Love Away,"
"Yesterday," "Help," and
"Norweigian Wood" show that the Beatles are true masters at their
craft.
At this time Saturn opposed
