Why the emphasis on planets?
The astrology that I was introduced to emphasized the planetary archetypes. This does not suggest that other facets of astrology are not valid—quite the contrary. However, emphasizing the planets reconciles some differences between astrological systems and, in my estimation, planetary symbolism is the cornerstone of astrology.

Although the intention of this web site is constantly evolving, three foundational objectives of Astro-Noetics.com are: to provide a forum and archive of serious, in-depth astrology; to explore popular culture and current events from the perspective of astrology; and to educate interested individuals on how astrology is relevant to their personal lives.
